What kind of payment do you take and what currency are you prices in?
The price listed in our website is in US$.
However currently, we provide two kinds of payment methods:
- Bank Transfers (for Indonesian Customer Only) - Please contact us for this payment method and IDR price.
- Paypal (for Indonesian and International customers) -If you do transactions with credit card, the price will automatically be converted to your local currency.
When will my order arrive?
We understand that excited feeling when you are waiting for a package!
Once we have received your order, we will process your orders within 1-3 business days. All in all, domestic shipping takes 1-4 business days and international shipping takes up to 3 weeks depending on your countries.
We will keep you updated as much as possible. If there are any problems, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team.
Can I modify my order or address?
We will start to process your order as soon as you place it, so if your order has already been dispatched, you cannot modify your order and address.
In case you have made a mistake in placing your order or change your mind, you have a very limited timeframe to amend or cancel your order. Please contact Vinn customer service as soon as possible.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally and we are constantly working on reaching the rest of the world. if your country is not listed in our drop down list upon check out, please contact us and we will work on shipping to your country. More information here.

What size am I?
Sizing varies between every item. We recommend checking the measurement details of each item the product page. You can also check out our size guide. If you need more help regarding the sizing and fit, we will be more than happy to assist you. Please send email to: email@example.com.
Will you restock sold out items?
We produced our items in a limited quantity, sometimes we re-invented our timeless styles with new fabrics, colors or shapes. If you have a particular piece that you are interested in, please contact us.
